Your food, your training, your cardio, your recovery, your friends and your coach. All in one app, all talking to each other.
Every screen on this page is the real app. Scroll through it.
Pick your goal, add your stats and when you train. JOSH builds your calories and macros around your real Apple Watch burn, then adjusts them as you go.
The ring puts what you've eaten against what your Apple Watch says you've burned, updated all day. You always know exactly what's left. Below it: your macros, readiness, Crew rank and coach.
Type it like you'd text a friend. "2 eggs, sourdough toast and an oat latte" becomes a logged meal with every macro, and Josh tells you where that leaves you for the day. One tap undoes it.
Snap a photo of your plate and JOSH works out the food and the portions. Scan a barcode for the exact label numbers. Everything lands in your food log.
Pick your day and hit start. Your targets from last time are already filled in, so you just lift and tap. The rest timer starts on its own, and when you beat a number, JOSH calls the PR.
Runs, rides, walks, rows and every other workout type come in from your watch automatically, with your weekly minutes against your goal. No watch? Start the timer and go, or log it by hand.
Sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Health turn into one readiness score every morning, so you know whether today is a heavy day or a lighter one.
Add your body scans and JOSH splits every change into lean mass and fat, so you know the scale moved for the right reason. Trends shows eaten against burned, your surplus and your macros over 30 days.
Every week JOSH compares your real weight trend with your plan. Gaining too fast on a lean bulk? It takes 200 a day off. Stalling? It adds more. Automatically, every Monday.

Your burn changes every day. Pick a day and see what happens to your target.
Your watch says you burned 2,640 kcal today.
Add your friends by handle, pick exactly what you share, and battle it out on the weekly board. Tap anyone to go head to head.

Most people run a calorie counter, a gym log, a recovery app, a social fitness app and a separate coaching app that never talk to each other. JOSH replaces all of them, and every part feeds the others.
